Three only complaints is that it took WAY TO LONG TO GET HERE BUTTTTTTTTTT my Loki loves it so well worth the wait. I did have to get help putting it together so make sure you have an extra set of hands on set! Those instructions came in handy.

Wanted something tall for my baby boy to hang out on, he has severe separation anxiety and gets bored and lonely, so I wanted to see if this helped and it really really did. Can’t beat the price. And as someone who can’t even assemble furniture by myself, this was a piece of cake he loves it and immediately took a liking to it. If you’re contemplating it, I’d just do it, not going to find as good of a deal as this

It’s a bit small for adult cats but they’re making use of it 😻 Jumping, climbing and sitting on top of it. Very soft as well. Update: left stand(black cat sitting) was wobbly I noticed but did make mention of it. I tried twisting and removing it to maybe adjust position if that was the cause. My last time of being irritated with the wobbling it broke. The bottom is done, can’t reattach. I like the extra space my cats have, but now there’s a screw sticking out so I need to figure out how to remove it. Update: the top has become wiggly(I feel it’s at its last limbs). BUY FOR KITTENS(small cats) update: the top seating area with ball has completely came off hinges. Will update with photos soon. This is very unfortunate

Easy to build by yourself just takes a little time. It’s tall but not overly so ( I’m a 5’6” woman and the very top bed comes to my clavicle ) and isn’t super heavy. It’s sturdy and won’t tip over easily, my cat is still getting used to it so I’ll update when he starts using it. Out of the box it had a slight chemical smell to it like plastic, but with a little bit of air freshener it went completely away.

This was very fun to put together. It was super easy and the instructions were easy to follow. But the material that they used is not very good.

I needed a new cat tree for my cats because their old one was falling apart. So I bought this one because it was on sale and it was similar to the old one they had. I arrived with everything intact and nothing was missing. I put it together and my cats loved it. After a few days though I woke up one morning and one of the platforms on the top had broken off. I was disappointed but I thought it was just a flook. But then about a week later another broke off.

Me and my cats still do love this cat tree but just know that the platforms on the top most likely will come off. so either don’t put them on or hope they don’t.

I bought this cat tree about 4 months ago and it was never sturdy so my cat would not really like getting on it, but I wanted to give my cat the opportunity to get comfortable with it. After a while my cat started to get comfortable with this product and loved to sleep on it so I didn’t feel the necessity to return it. Two nights ago as my cat was trying to get off of it, one of the platforms broke and my cat got seriously injured breaking his little arm, he had to get surgery done right away. Since the warranty time laps was 90 days and only 5 months had passed since I bought it I contacted customer service to see what options they could give me and they were very rude to me saying that it was not their problem and there was nothing they could do. I was not expecting a whole refund or a replacement of the whole item, I was only going to explain to them the situation and see if they could only replace the piece that broke but they didn’t even give me time to say that. I know this was a cheap item and I should’ve known better. I hope this review serves as an eye opener so people don’t buy this product and end up with horrible consequences like my cat.

Instructions where pretty clear for assembly. Took me 30 minutes to build. Excellent product at a great price! It’s a must have for your cats!!
