vivijason pedal exerciser does not function properly, tension knob not working, not a smooth ride very uncomfortable. retailer does not want to refund a return claims they need a video of me riding the mini peddler. That doesn’t sound right.

The exerciser is for my husband who is semi invalid and has now added Parkinson’s to his medical history. I was concerned that the pedal exerciser would not be as good as the picture. Fortunately, it’s an excellent piece of equipment. It’s sturdy, compact, easy to use, and outstanding value for the money.
