    Says oil free and it may technically not have oils in it per se, but it is certainly oily feeling on the skin. It does its job though.

    It does work and removed my waterproof mascara that always took forever to wash off with my face wash. However it did have an oily feel even after I rinsed it with water. I washed my face with my face wash and washed away the oily residue so no big deal. I did manage to get some in eye and it did blur my vision a bit but I washed it off and it was fine.

    1 star for its effectiveness on removing eve makeup and 4 for not arriving full. I am nit sure why it’s missing product when the box it came in is dry. The bottle was vacuumed sealed by the seller which means they sealed it with missing product inside. Not happy.
