I really like this machine overall so far. My only complaint is that it doesn’t get my smoothie as smooth as I like. I like my smoothies to be very liquidy, but these come out more grainy than I prefer. No matter how long I blend it or what settings I use. I do appreciate that it doesn’t add a bunch of air to the smoothie though. It’s super fast and very easy to use and clean. I’m pretty pleased with my purchased. Much better than the standard blender I used to use, which was really frustrating.

better versions for the price I missed the boat on that one
lids for bottles don’t have lids with a leak proof cover have to order else where
otherwise drink and don’t put in a bag unless you put in a different travel cup

I’m disappointed. Great reviews but it’s not fully blending. There are still specks all over of spinach, seeds, fruit etc. it’s not blending into a smooth smoothie despite putting it on high. It also took a long time to blend at all which is so odd. Also, be careful the blad is NOT attached!

I thought this product would be better than the Oster Blender I had. I wish I kept that product because this product has been disappointing to say the least. I have been blending several times on 3 for 4 mins plus to only find big pieces of ice still in the blender when I go to pour.

Worked great for eleven months then the base just stopped working. Had to buy a whole new one.
It works well I just would have thought it would have lasted longer with the ‘professional’ label. how many professional establishments would be happy with using a blender once per day and having it die in under a year? not many i should think…
also beware when making smoothies because it will very quickly start to leave scorch marks on the counter. seems sort of dangerous but, hey ho.

Granted, I’m generally pretty cheap, but this blender was worth the splurge after my old blender bonked. The blender consistently crushes and blends whatever I feed it, and I like that the blender can also work as a food processor with minimal liquid added. It’s very nice to have two personal smoothie sized cups, so I don’t have to do the dishes immediately. Plus, it’s easy to clean.

I love having the additional little cup for a one serving smoothie! It makes it so easy to clean when it’s just me wanting a drink and not having to use the whole big blender for a small portion. The blades are great and I love that the main blender has a tall blade piece that really drags down all of the food, unlike most blenders that only have blades on the bottom and can’t grab food from the middle of the blender up higher. It works great for chopping food like frozen cranberries too!

It’s an excellent product, I can liquefy what I want, it has two glasses with which I can liquefy my proteins and small things.
