The first time I used this it was okay, it will not roll on any type of carpet though even very thin throw rugs but it’s fine on wood floors. My cat was interested in it but after the second time the battery ran out I tried to charge it and the charger will not even stay in the ball. It’s dead and won’t charge at all now

My cat is obsessed. She’s to scared of it to actually touch it but she loves chasing it around the house and watching it move around. My only problem is that it turns off automatically after only a few minutes. I get that this is to save the battery but it means every 10 minutes or so I have to get up and turn it on because she starts meowing at me
